One of our most important meetings on this project on April 26, 2010 in the lower level of the Town House at 7:00 PM.
HI all,
WE NEED YOU! We are at a point where we really need to ramp up and come back together & get re-energized if we want to be able to break ground in June/July which is not that far away.
We need all hands on deck to make that happen!
* We are in the throws of grant writing: we need help there and are putting a team together to make that happen
* We need every willing and able body to help with contacting local business for cash and/or in-kind donations. At the meeting on the 26th, we will be
prepared to review the business list/spreadsheet with everyone AND thanks to those who have already signed on
* We still need the spaghetti suppers, pancake breakfasts and bake sales to continue- that keeps our project in the public eye & earns us some $$
* Boylston’s local Cable Network will begin showing information about our project- Keep your eye out! Many thanks to Janet Sargood for spearheading this project.
* We have the in-kind donation letters ready to go to those contractors who have volunteered their services, and are waiting for interior plans,
specs & materials list that need to be included.
We are so blessed to have the outpouring & response from all of you and we couldn’t do any of this without you!
